School Is Fun

During the pandemic, I missed a lot of things related to school, mainly my friends, teacher, classroom and all the celebrations like Annual day, Sports Day, Children’s day Carnival.
I enjoyed to the core while I was in 8TH and 9TH standard. While I was in 8th standard it was the last year when we could enjoy the most and mainly not miss any light period like P.T, Music, etc. After this year, it was told to us by our seniors that there won’t be many light period in the higher class.
I mainly enjoyed the class environment i.e., the interaction between the teacher and the student, especially the fun we used to have during the class. I used to wait for short and long lunch break to meet my friends to play with them.
8Th standard was the last time I could participate in the school annual day but due to the pandemic we missed it in 9th standard. For annual day, I always used to participate in the musical show. For the preparation of the Annual Day, the school used to give us “ Zero Period” i.e the last hour of the school would be dedicated to rehearse for the Annual day. During this time, I used to enjoy the most and learn another instrument, guitar. These all were my memorable moments that I used to enjoy during my regular school days.
My last academic year 2020-21 was something different and new to me. It was highly informative in terms of technology. During this time, I learnt about video conferencing apps and it enhanced my knowledge in technology. The way of learning during this time was very different, difficult and challenging. The only thing that I missed the most were P.T classes, inter-house and interschool sports competitions. I used to enjoy all these and used to play new sport every time.
I miss all these fun filled pursuits back in school and long for the school to reopen as soon as possible.
