The government notification regarding 30% fee reversal/ fee waiver is yet to be given a final verdict
by the court, as the Private Schools Association has filed a petition against the decision made. Our
school is a part of Private Schools Association and hence we are awaiting for the honorable court
orders after the final verdict is announced on the matter.
However, until that time, waiver that was announced by our Management through circulars holds
good and any difference after the verdict will be considered as a credit note and the same shall be
compensated with the consequent annual fee.
