In view of the commencement of the 2nd Preparatory examination pf Grade 10 and Annual Examination of Grade 8 & 9, please follow the given guidelines.

1. Teachers will post the question paper through google classroom between 10.30 a.m and 10.35 a.m on the days of the examination.
2. Reading time of the question paper: 10.45 a.m to 11.00 a.m.
3. Your ward starts answering the questions at 11.00 a.m and stops at the time given at the top of the question paper.
4. Ensure that properly ruled sheets are used to write the answers.
5. Set aside a comfortable space for your ward to write the exam.
6. Ensure that your ward takes the exam in all seriousness and honesty.
7. Parents are requested to monitor their wards.
8. Please instruct your ward to number each page and write his/her name on each page.
9. Submission of Answer Script for the completed Exam should be submitted on 15th February 2021 for all classes and the rest of the paper for Grade 9th on 23rd February 2021 and Grade 8th and 10th on 25th February 2021.
