You are requested to fill the consent form given below and submit a hard copy of the same to School Office on 20th January 2021 between 9:30 a.m and 1:30 p.m. This form is as per the Notification to all Educational Institutions to adhere to the norms set by the Government. FILLING OF THIS FORM IS COMPULSORY. Students will be allowed to write the Final Exam during February 2021.
