The below message was received from CISCE and the same forwarded to our Parents.

“This is further to the CISCE letter regarding Postponement of the conduct of the remaining subjects of the CISCE year 2020 Examinations, which were scheduled to be held on and after 19th March 2020.

The CISCE has received numerous queries from the students, parents, teachers and Heads of Schools relating to the revised dates for the conduct of the remaining subjects of the CISCE Year 2020 Examinations. All queries are justified and have been suitably taken into consideration. In this connection the CISCE clarifies as under:

1. Conduct of the remaining papers of the examinations: The CISCE shall conduct the CISCE(Class X) Year 2020 Examinations for all the remaining subjects/papers which are:-

CISCE Year 2020: Geography – H.C.G Paper -2, Biology – Science Paper 3, Computer Application/Economic Application and Hindi

These exams shall be conducted within a period of 6-8 days, including Saturday and Sunday.

2. The Schedule of revised dates: The CISCE shall announce the schedule of the revised dates for the remaining papers; however, this shall be subject to the Central Government’s directives on the lockdown.

3. Prior Information: Schools shall be notified about the conduct of the examinations 8 days prior to the commencement of the examinations. This time may be utilized by the Schools to make all the necessary arrangements and also enable the students to revise for their remaining papers

4. Communication Mode: The schedule of the revised dates for the remaining papers will be communicated to all Heads of Schools via email and through the CAREERS Portal. It will also be uploaded on the CISCE official website – www.cisce.org.

5. Evaluation of scripts: The CISCE has been actively in contact with its examiners across the country, both prior and during the lock down period. While the evaluation of some subject has been successfully completed, the evaluation for several subjects is also currently in progress.

6. Result Declaration: After the conduct of the remaining Examinations, the CISCE shall declare the results with a period of 6 – 8 weeks. “
