Please find attached the Registration Form of the candidates who will be appearing for their exam during March 2021. Parents are requested to check all the details carefully including subjects taken by the students and mail to office@appollonps.com . The form has to be attested by the parents and student. Once the form is submitted from the school to the council then THEY CANNOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. In case there is any change now request you to come to school office in person between 9:00a.m – 10:00 am on Monday / Tuesday. Last date for submitting the form is 28th July 2020(28.07.2020) before 10:00 a.m.
