In view of the commencement of the 1st Preparatory examination, please follow the given guidelines.

1. Teachers will post the question paper through google classroom between 9.00 a.m and 9.15 a.m on the days of the examination.
2. Reading time of the question paper: 9.15 a.m to 9.30 a.m.
3. Your ward starts answering the questions at 9.30 a.m and stops at the time given at the top of the question paper.
4. Ensure that properly ruled sheets are used to write the answers.
5. Set aside a comfortable space for your ward to write the exam.
6. Ensure that your ward takes the exam in all seriousness and honesty.
7. Parents are requested to monitor their wards.
8. Please instruct your ward to number each page and write his/her name on each page.
