This circular is for the students who have submitted their consent form as Yes” and willing to come to school. They are requested to come to school and write their Preparatory exam from 11th January 2021 onwards , other students will be taking their exam from their home and follow the same procedure which was followed for their Mid Term Exam and upload the same.
We request the parents to follow the basic rules when sending your ward to school.
a) Compulsorily wearing of Mask in the proper form at all times.
b) To bring their own Hand Sanitizer
c) All students to undergo temperature screening at the entrance.
d) Maintain Physical distancing at all times.
e) Students must use personal clean hand towels.
f) Students must inform the nearest teacher/elderly person the minute they feel uneasy/uncomfortable/ any symptoms of covid-19 etc.
g) Students will not be permitted to share /borrow stationery with other students.
h) No Food allowed
i) To bring warm water in a bottle to school
j) If your ward is having symptoms of fever or cold, please do not send him or her to school
k) Students should not come to school if any of their family members are tested positive or under quarantine
l) Please make your own arrangement for pickup and drop of your ward. NO SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION.
m) The School Timings will be from 8:15 a.m till Exam get over.
Students have to be in the school by 8:15a.m on all the days of their examination. .
