We are excited to announce the introduction of our new school app, MCB (My Classroom Board) from the next academic year. As a result, we will be discontinuing the use of the old app, COOLG.
Hear us explain how to log into our new school app MCB for your ward.
Kindly note the following:
1.Father’s contact number will be the USER ID and PASSWORD for MCB login.
2.Check your registered Email ID for more details.
3.To add sibling click on + icon in the right corner after login. Sibling details will be updated automatically.
MCB – My Class Board Parents can Login to the app in 2 ways:
1) Using Web Browser URL – https://appollonps.myclassboard.com/
2) Using Parent Portal App
- Android App – MyClassBoard Parent Portal – Apps on Google Play
- IOS App – MyClassBoard Parent Portal on the App Store (apple.com)

- Important – Download Previous Academic Year Receipts and Assessment Reports:
We kindly request all parents to download and save the receipts and assessment reports from the previous academic year available on the COOLG app. Please ensure that you have a copy for your records before the discontinuation of the COOLG app (latest by April 30th, 2024).
