If I had to point out one important thing I learnt during my school days, it would be growth – and I say growth in multiple aspects. School is where you grow your skill set, your talents, your socialization skills and ultimately as a human being. “Never stop growing, and never stop yourself from doing what you want to do”, I said to myself back in high School, and today, it has paid off in my life!

For me, School was the space I learnt two very important lessons in life – socializing and broadening your outlooks on various aspects of life. Giving yourself time to think about where your interests lie and honing your talent and skills at the same time is key, and school offers many opportunities to do all of these – make use of them!

Building strong connections with your teachers enable you to also have them to look up to no matter where you are and what you are doing, and I am happy to have had teachers in School who not just believed in me but pushed me to achieve more.

School friends become your second family, and they stick with you through ups and downs. Make memories, help each other, push each other to do more – this will only help you in the long term! Appollo National Public School deserves credit for fostering a positive environment where we could not just explore ourselves but different kinds of connections, be it with teachers, staff and other peers.

I’m very grateful to School for carving out who I am as a person today – it was, and will remain unforgettable!
